Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using expelbackar's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our decorative craft training services are provided for educational and creative purposes. You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to local council regulations regarding public art and graffiti.

Course Enrollment

When enrolling in courses, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as specified at the time of enrollment in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide appropriate notice for absences
• Conduct yourself respectfully toward instructors and fellow students
• Follow all studio safety guidelines and rules, including Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
• Be at least 16 years of age, or have parental consent if under 16

Refunds and Cancellations

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights regarding refunds and cancellations:

• Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded
• You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund
• If we fail to provide services as described, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement
• Change of mind refunds are available in accordance with our Return Policy

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of expelbackar and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, expelbackar's liability is limited to:

• Replacement of services or refund of fees paid
• Direct damages not exceeding the amount paid for the service

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
